Shridevi Degree College successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp on 18-dec-2025 at the college campus in association with In Association With NSS,SIMS & RH. The event aimed to promote the spirit of social responsibility, compassion, and community welfare among students and staff.
The camp was inaugurated by Chief guest:- Dr.Jyakumar C.K, Dr.Anand & Principal Srinivasa H V who highlighted the importance of voluntary blood donation in saving lives and encouraged students to actively participate in such humanitarian activities.
A large number of students, faculty members, and volunteers came forward to donate blood, demonstrating remarkable enthusiasm and generosity. Certified medical professionals conducted thorough health check-ups of donors and ensured that the donation process was safe, hygienic, and well-organized.
The event saw 38 Units successful blood donations, contributing significantly to the local blood bank and helping hospitals maintain essential blood supply for emergency cases, surgeries, and patients in need.
Shridevi Degree College extends heartfelt gratitude to all donors, organizers, volunteers, and the partnering medical team for making the camp a grand success. The college remains committed to conducting such meaningful activities that foster a sense of service, empathy, and social responsibility among students.
